Special stainless-steel cabinet for vertical storage of trays or GN containers, equipped with internal guide rails or perforated shelves. A full-height hinged door with magnetic closure protects the contents from dust and grease. Ventilation slots are optionally available for moisture control. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces. A drip tray in the base area is optionally available.
