SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms apply to all orders and deliveries between DE Stainless and the customer.
DEFINITIONS
- “Product” – all goods offered by us.
- “Customer” – any natural or legal person who places an order.
- “Consumer” – a customer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The offers displayed on our website are non-binding. A contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. Payment can be made by advance payment, credit card, or as otherwise agreed.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are stated in the order confirmation. Delays due to force majeure extend the delivery period by the duration of the disruption.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of DE Stainless until the purchase price has been paid in full (§ 449 BGB).
WARRANTY
The statutory warranty rights apply for 24 months. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.
LIABILITY
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for loss of profit and indirect damages is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
COPYRIGHT AND PROTECTION RIGHTS
All texts, logos and photos are the property of DE Stainless or our partners and may not be used without permission.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (
ODR) (
ec.europa.eu/odr). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration procedures.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions within a reasonable period. Changes will be published on www.de-stainless.de
and apply to future orders.
