Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return products in unused and undamaged condition. Custom-made items and unsealed sanitary products are excluded from returns.
Send a brief notice of withdrawal (by email or letter), stating the order number and the product code to be returned. We will send you the return instructions and arrange shipment of the replacement item.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless we delivered the wrong item or the product is defective.
After the returned goods have been inspected and approved, we refund the purchase price via the original payment method. A reduction in value may be deducted if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to check their condition and functionality.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the return. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
