Wall-mounted extraction hoods designed for cooking lines with a depth of 700 mm. The hoods are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and feature removable baffle or labyrinth grease filters for efficient grease separation and easy cleaning. The welded stainless steel construction ensures high stability and long service life. The hood includes a 700 mm deep canopy, a grease collection channel or drip tray, and an exhaust spigot sized according to the required air volume. Optional LED lighting, a supply-air plenum, or a condensate gutter can be added to adapt the hood to demanding professional environments.
