Extra-deep central island hood for larger or double cooking lines. With a depth of 2000 mm, it provides a wide extraction zone and reliably captures high air volumes. The hood is made of fully welded AISI 304 stainless steel and features filters accessible from both service aisles. An integrated grease collection system ensures hygienic operation. Optional supply-air plenum, UV modules, or cut-outs for fire suppression systems are available.
