Extra-deep wall hood (1300 mm) designed for high steam and grease loads or oversized equipment. The extended overhang increases capture efficiency for vapors and grease particles. The hood is made of robust AISI 304 stainless steel and features removable, dishwasher-safe baffle filters as well as a continuous grease collection channel with drain. Optional features include LED lighting, a condensate trough or a supply-air plenum. Front access makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
