Wall-mounted extraction hood designed for cooking lines with a depth of 900 mm. The fully welded AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures maximum stability, hygiene, and durability. Removable grease-separation filters (baffle filters) and an integrated grease collection channel simplify regular cleaning and maintenance. The hood features a 900 mm deep canopy, front access to the filters, and a drip tray with drain plug. The exhaust spigot is sized according to the required air volume. Optional energy-efficient LED lighting and a supply-air plenum can be integrated to optimize airflow.
