Mobile stainless steel trolley with side guides for GN or EN trays, ideal for transporting, cooling or drying baking sheets. The frame, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is welded or bolted, ensuring robust stability. The trolleys are equipped with swivel castors, two of which have brakes, and feature non-slip, non-marking wheels. Optional corner bumpers and handles can be added on one or both ends. Tray capacity and spacing between levels vary depending on the model (e.g. 10–20 levels).
